This is not something we always do but mostly do. We human beings are fallible and we learn from it. But sometimes it costs us much than we expect. We often have this thoughts of delaying or avoiding work for little longer and then a little bit more and even more, and finally the deadline arrives and we start to regret. There are also times when we are highly productive and even forget that something called procrastination exists. We just need to realize that this productivity should be included in our daily routine. People mostly procrastinates work which has future rewards and look more into the now rewards. There are many ways to put an end to it. It is not easy to get back on track quickly but you have to. Try waking up early and don’t expect the results immediately. Write some tasks and prioritize them but not more than some tasks. Actually working is a lot easier and entertaining than sitting and procrastinating.
