Dealing with stress is not everyone’s cup of tea. Only persons who are mentally strong can handle the added stress in their life. Well that really doesn’t mean that you cannot do anything about it. There are some qualities on which you can work to deal with it and not turn it off. Acceptance is a big part of handling stress. Mentally strong people know the setbacks, problems and hardships are inevitable. They never use alcohol, drugs or unhealthy foods to cope up with the stress. They allow themselves to feel the anger, fear and anxiety and some uncomfortable emotions. They maintain a healthy social life and on the other hand also reserve some time for their own self. They accept the responsibility they bear and have the courage to speak for themselves. We all can possess these qualities if we are brave enough to take the chance.
