Leaders are meant to lead a set of people with a successful campaign and if you want to take all the credit for doing it. It will never show your confidence on your Team members. Render your trust to team member, always appreciate their good work and make them believe they are people who are making the campaign successful

There is very thin line between confidence and over confidence….I can do it is my confidence…only I can do it and all alone is my overconfidence and stupidity as well.

I strongly believe that if you are following this concept that you want to do all the things all alone or want to get all the credit for doing it…trust me you will never end up being a great leader.
